SAND MIXER MULLER
Sand mixer muller used in foundry moulding sand preparation and cement mixing plants.It is having strudy construction of body and muller wheels to breaking the lump forming and to get good mixing of materials.It is having inner and outer scrapper blades to mixing and cleaning the machine.Normally mixing materials are sand,bentonite,coal dust,dextrin and water.Motor and gearbox are any standard make only used. Capacity available from 100kg to 2000kgs per batch.
ROTARY SAND DRYER
Rotary sand dryer used to dry and powder materials like sand,sawdust,cocopeat,chemical powders etc.It is having sturdy construction.Sand feeding thru conveyor in to the dryer and the sand will rotating inside the drum and get heated thru burner and dryed sand will come out from outlet chute.Fuel will be used Diesel,LPG or wooden firing.
