MOULD CAR PUSHER

Our Mould Car Pusher is used to eliminates manpower requirements for moving mould boxes. This system is automated with hydraulic actuators, sensors and PLC control systems. The system pushes the mould pallet car and it gets transferred to the track line one by one, in every cycle of mould. Distance of movement of mould pallet car is controlled by sensors. Break cylinders are provided at the end of the track line for smooth operation.
