Intensive turbo mixer used in foundry moulding sand preparation with good quality sand mixing properties at less time.It having sturdy construction body and sand preparation by mixing blades and aerator blades mounting at side of mixer wall.Batch hopper provided for to reduce filling time and accuracy weight can be put in to mixer. Door control by pneumatic cylinders to easy operate the door.The total mixing operation will be PLC based automation control system to get the without any intervals.
